Join the Kingsbridge BID!
Owners of record of real property in our “District”; tenants of leased commercial or residential space in the “District” are eligible for membership in the Association. All interested persons are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Membership but only registered members have the right to vote in their class.
In-person, Zoom, or Proxy vote meets attendance requirements at Annual Meetings.
