2025 Kingsbridge BID Annual Meeting
The next annual meeting of the Kingsbridge Business Improvement District will take place on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 12pm - 2:00pm ET. The meeting will take place at Aroma Restaurant & Bar (5523 Broadway, Bronx, NY 10463), featuring guest speaker Adriana Cabrera, DOB Outreach Coordinator

All property owners, merchants & members within the Kingsbridge BID are invited to be our guest and to receive our Annual Report. Only those property owners and merchants that have signed a membership form are eligible to vote. Membership forms are available here: https://www.kingsbridgebidnyc.org/membership
Please return the membership form by September 8 in order to be eligible to vote in your membership category.
In-person or Absentee/Proxy vote meets attendance requirements at Annual Meetings.
This year 3 Class A property owners are up for re-election to a 2-yr term: Stewart Hackett of Robert E. Hill R/E, Robert M. Johnson of M.J. Martin & Son, and Peter Blier of Martin & Kenneth Realty. Only Property Owners can vote this year.
All documents for the meeting are available on this page. All registered members may vote in the election of Directors in your Class and for the previous meeting minutes.
Proxy voting is available if you are unable to attend but are eligible to vote. PROXY VOTES MUST BE RETURNED BY SEPTEMBER 8 TO BE COUNTED. Links for the Proxy/Absentee voting forms are below.
